Visit to new Derbyshire Cave Rescue Organisation HQ, Buxton

On Sunday 15th January, three members of MCRO (Graham Smith, Emma Porter and Mike Clayton) visited Derbyshire CRO at their new HQ in Buxton.

The DCRO Control Vehicle with Bill Whitehouse (top centre) explaining it's operation.

DCRO were running a training/introduction day for prospective new team members.

There were training sessions covering the use of communication equipment, rigging, first aid, stretcher packaging, equipment store and the running of DCRO.

It was useful to see how a neighbouring team operates and to see their impressive new HQ!
